Workout Schedule

All of our workouts are 45 minutes long, except Saturday sessions which are 60 minutes.

Weekdays:

Mornings: 6:30am + 7:20am

Mon, Wed & Friday Lunchtime: 12:30pm

Tues + Thurs Lunchtime: 11:45am & 12:40pm

Evenings: 5:45pm + 6:35pm

Friday 5:45pm only

Weekends:

Saturday

8:45am + 9:55am

Sunday

9:30am + 10:25am
